Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Orders with a total amount of 25 USD or more (including 25 USD) are eligible for free shipping.

Orders with a total amount of less than 25 USD will be charged 4.99 USD per order.

How long does delivery take?

Processing Time: 2 Business days since the order placed

Continental United States: 3 - 7 Business day delivery

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we only deliver to areas in the continental U.S.

We cannot deliver to the following areas:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • The U.S. Virgin Islands

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx from a local warehouse.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information when the order has been shipped. You can also log into your account to view this tracking information.

Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at support@sapphofromlesbos.com and we'll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Return&Refund Policy

-Returns

Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of the product being purchased.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Original Package - You must ensure that the plastic film of the product is intact and not torn open. If the external plastic protective film of the product packaging is damaged, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with returns and refunds.

Return Shipping Charges - Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact support@sapphofromlesbos.com to initiate a return request. The Sapphofromlesbos support team will respond within 48 hours.

-Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 7 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.

-Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

-Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, Sappho from lesbos does not provide exchange services.
